1. Booking and Payment:

All bookings are subject to availability.
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.
Payment can be made through various modes including online payment, bank transfer, or in person at our office address mentioned above.
Prices are subject to change without notice until the booking is confirmed.

2. Cancellation and Refund:

Cancellation policies vary depending on the service booked and are subject to the terms and conditions of our suppliers.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the cancellation policy and may be subject to cancellation fees.
No refunds will be provided for unused services once the trip has commenced.

3. Travel Documents:

It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure that all necessary travel documents including passports, visas, and health certificates are obtained prior to departure.
The Dream Planner can assist with visa services and passport applications upon request, but final approval lies with the respective authorities.

4. Health and Insurance:

Travelers are advised to procure appropriate travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, loss or delay of baggage, and other unforeseen circumstances.
Overseas medical insurance can be arranged through The Dream Planner upon request.

5. Responsibilities:

The Dream Planner acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers (hotels, airlines, etc.) and shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, or damage incurred during the trip.
We strive to provide accurate information and quality services, but we do not guarantee the accuracy of information provided by third-party suppliers.

6. Changes and Amendments:

The Dream Planner reserves the right to make changes to itineraries, accommodations, and other arrangements if deemed necessary due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control.
Any changes will be communicated to the traveler as soon as possible.

7. Complaints and Feedback:

Any complaints or feedback regarding our services should be addressed to info@thedreamplanner.co.in within 7 days of the completion of the trip.

8. Jurisdiction:

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
